No matter the activity or event on campus, an individual or group cannot use campus facilities without being properly sponsored by a Texas A&M University departmental office, administrative unit, recognized university group or Texas A&M University System agency. No guarantee can be made that a University department will accept the sponsorship responsibilities for your event.
PRICING INFORMATION Venue pricing and layouts are available here. Pricing includes facility rental fee, tables and chairs, staging, table and chair set-up, and audio/visual services. There will be a fee to cover coordination of on-campus logistics, but clients are responsible for providing staff at all event activities. Any facility set-up or AV services needed outside normal business hours will incur an additional fee. If you are in need of catering for your event, consider using Chartwells, Texas A&M University at Galveston’s on-campus caterer.
